We generally process IN-STOCK orders between 1-5 business days.  You will receive email notification the next business day after your order ships with a tracking number, which will help you know when your order will arrive.

For UPS Next Day or UPS TWO-DAYS or other Special methods, please contact us by phone 1-800-281-3355 to make sure this is possible.

When you choose US PRIORITY MAIL that does not guarantee your order will arrive in 1-3 business days, even though it costs more.  That is merely USPS estimate of the business days (not counting weekends or holidays required to  travel.  It does not guarantee immediate shipping or that your order will be in stock.

All domestic orders giving a POST OFFICE BOX instead of a physical address, will be charged an additional surcharge of $1.50 plus the applicable postal service charges.

Hint: On orders over 2 pounds, UPS ground is less expensive than priority mail and often arrives sooner.

Please note that UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box; you must give a physical address for UPS delivery.  UPS delivers Monday through Friday.

Hawaiian and International orders should select Priority Mail  and Priority Mail International for the best rates.

HOLIDAY OR SPECIAL OCCASION ORDERS, you may want to check first with us at 1-800-281-3355 to see if the selected items are in stock and the shipping time. You may also write such comments "Need by___"  in the "Comment Box" at checkout.  If we cannot meet your requirements, we will let you know as soon as possible.

UPS GROUND delivers approximately according to the following schedule disregarding holidays (UPS does not count the day the item ships):

LA and MS--next business day

TX, OK, AR, KY, AL, GA, SC, NC and north FL---2 business days

AZ, NM, CO, KS, MO, IL, MN, WI, IN, OH, WV, VA, PA, DE--3 business days

NV, UT, WY, NE, SD, ND, NJ, NY, RI, VT, southern MA--4 business days

All other states are 5-6 business days.  Hawaii and parts of Alaska may not offer UPS shipping from the states.
